Yes, in most cases you will get a refund – but there are some conditions worth knowing. Betting Jackpot has separate settlement rules for cancelled matches and matches abandoned midway.
If the match is completely cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it starts or abandoned without a single ball bowled, all bets are voided and the full amount is refunded to your account. Refunds typically appear within 24 hours.
If a match starts but is abandoned midway: If a cricket match is decided via the D/L method, bets are settled according to that result. A match that ends after the minimum required overs (generally 5 overs in cricket) is considered valid and bets stand. Bets are only voided if the minimum number of overs has not been completed.
- Cancelled match refunds: within 24 hours
- Settled via D/L method: result stands
- If one match is cancelled in an Accumulator bet: that leg is removed and the bet is settled using the remaining odds
- If abandoned during live betting: settled based on the result at that point

An Accumulator bet (also known as a Parlay or Multi bet) combines several matches or events into a single bet – get them all right and the payout can be huge, but one wrong selection means the entire bet is lost.
Here's how to do it, step by step:
- Go to the Sports page and click on your preferred odds for the first match — it will be added to your Bet Slip
- Then go to another match and select another odds – the bet slip will show both selections
- You can add between 2 and up to 20 legs this way
- Select the "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab on your bet slip
- Enter your total stake (minimum ৳100) and tap "Place Bet"
Your Accumulator odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. For example, if three matches have odds of 1.8, 2.0, and 1.9, the combined odds are 6.84. A ৳100 stake would return ৳684 if all selections win.

Common reasons:
- Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes
- If a suspicious login is detected for security reasons
- Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is pending
- If you activate a self-break or self-exclusion
